Public Adjusters in Utah

Utah public adjusters help homeowners and businesses with property damage claims from wildfires, hail, wind events, winter storms, and water damage across Salt Lake City, Provo, St. George, and the rest of the state. Public adjusters must be licensed by the Utah Insurance Department, satisfy character requirements, pass a written exam, and complete continuing education each renewal cycle. Utah does not impose a statutory percentage cap on public adjuster fees, but compensation must be reasonable and disclosed in the adjusting contract.
