Public Adjusters in Idaho

Idaho public adjusters help homeowners and businesses with property damage claims from wildfires, hail, wind storms, and winter freeze damage. Public adjusters must be licensed by the Idaho Department of Insurance, pass a state exam, and post a $20,000 surety bond. Idaho does not impose a statutory percentage cap on public adjuster fees, but compensation must be reasonable and disclosed in the adjusting contract.
