Public Adjusters in Indiana

Indiana public adjusters help homeowners and businesses with property damage claims from tornadoes, severe thunderstorms, hail, winter storms, ice damage, and water losses across Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Evansville, and the rest of the state. Public adjusters must be licensed by the Indiana Department of Insurance, pass a written exam, and post a $10,000 surety bond. Indiana does not impose a statutory percentage cap on public adjuster fees and does not require continuing education for adjuster renewals.
