Public Adjusters in Illinois

Illinois public adjusters help homeowners and businesses with property damage claims from storms, fires, floods, and other covered events. Since January 2024, Illinois caps public adjuster fees at 10% for personal residence claims. All public adjusters must be licensed through the Illinois Department of Insurance.
